Mechanical/Energetic Assembly Systima's Mechanical/Energetic Assembly area can support small and large run production.  The on-site facility includes storage magazines for 1.3 and 1.4 explosives, a load and pack room, and general assembly area.  Additional facilities are available as well to support dedicated production areas. Energetics Test Lab The Systima Energetics Test Facility (ETF) is used for tests of high-energy pyrotechnic systems including munition dispensing, inflation systems, and explosive actuators.  The ETF consists of a 2,000 sq-ft, high-bay, covered test arena.  In addition, Systima has a smaller general purpose test areas that are used for a wide range of mechanical and pyrotechnic system testing.  The facility is capable of handling up to 38 channels of instrumentation with data acquisition rates of up to 250,000 Hz.  The Energetics Test Facilities are equipped with high-speed digital video, real-time video and still cameras used  to record and document tests.
