About Systima Technologies ISO 9001:2000 Certification: Systima Technologies, Inc., an engineering corporation that provides rapid and affordable end-to-end design, prototyping, development, fabrication, test and system integration of defense, aerospace, and commercial systems, is pleased to announce our quality system has been certified to ISO 9001:2000. ISO 9001:2000 is recognized worldwide as the comprehensive international standard that defines quality. It provides for semi-annual auditing to ensure compliance as well as requiring measurable continuous improvement programs. ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is a network of national standards institutes with representation from more than 150 countries and coordinated by a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland with the focus on international standardization of practices. The emphasis of the ISO 9000 family is on "quality management". Quality Management is concerned with how the organization fulfills the customer's quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives. Perry Johnson Registrars Inc., a registered certification firm, has evaluated and certified the Systima Technologies quality system to the ISO 9001:2000 Standards for the scope of mechanical and electronic engineering, development, fabrication and system integration of defense, aerospace, and commercial systems. Systima Technologies’ Environmental Test Lab is full service laboratory providing environmental conditioning, screening and testing services for variety of markets including commercial, aerospace and defense. In August of 2005, Systima received A2LA accreditation for vibration and acoustic testing and are able to certify our testing all the requirements of A2LA. A2LA, the American Association of
Laboratory Accreditation, is a non-profit organization focused on
ensuring the highest level of quality in testing and calibration
activities. The mission
of A2LA is to provide comprehensive services in laboratory
accreditation and laboratory-related training. Laboratory accreditation is
based on internationally accepted criteria for competence (ISO/IEC
17025:2005). A2LA accreditation also includes routine
proficiency testing as well as management system audits to ensure
the accuracy, repeatability and tracability of test methods and
data. This has allowed
Systima to establish its Environmental Test Lab as the premier
testing facility in Northwest while ensuring the accuracy for our
testing and quality of service for our
