Industrial Ordnance and Pyrotechnic Actuators Systima Technologies specializes in explosive/pyrotechnic actuators and industrial ordnance devices such as high efficiency piston actuators ranging from a few pounds of force to thousands of pounds of force. Other devices include pin-pullers, actuators/thrusters, cutters, separation systems, pyro-valves, igniters and flight termination systems.
	Gas Generators and Inflation Products Systima's gas generators and inflation systems provide weight and volume optimized alternatives for high-performance aerospace and defense systems including aircraft and missile systems, buoyancy systems, and landing impact attenuation.
Ballistic Parachute Deployment Systems Systima offers a range of ballistic parachute deployment systems and approaches which can be readily adapted to aide in soft recovery of airborne, or space-borne payloads. Our in-house engineering and analysis capability can quickly evaluate your aero environment, payload, and parachute sizing in order to efficiently package a recovery system for your mission assets.
	Stage Separation Systems For rocket, missile, and launch vehicle shroud and stage separation systems, Systima offers a variety of high-performance, low-shock alternatives to the “traditional” high-energy legacy systems. This is critical for missions employing sensitive electronics, seeker systems, or other delicate payloads. We can also incorporate cold stage-separation capability for expanded mission capability.
Payload Carriage / Deployment Systima has successfully demonstrated and fielded several payload, weapon and sensor deployment systems for various aircraft platforms ranging from the AC-130 Spectre to UAVs including the MQ-3 Hunter, MQ-1 Predator/Warrior and MQ-9 Reaper. Systima also developed an adaptable payload deployment system capable of easy integration onto virtually any aircraft for deployment of a variety of payload systems.
	Covert/Tactical Resupply For covert or quick-reaction, precision tactical troop resupply, Systima offers a 750 and 500 pound payload delivery system. These systems can be delivered by most any aircraft with internal or external payload hard-points.
