Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) provide combined environments including 6 degree of freedom (DOF)motion with a quasi-random vibration combined with rapid thermal cycling.   This is ideal for establishing product fragility limits under combined thermal and physical (vibration) stress that is more representative of real-world applications than when testing in individual environments.
